1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

5. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of pkr234 or its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold an active gaming Account or place wagers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

1. You may only hold one (1) active Account on pkr234. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pkr234 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. pkr234 may, at its discretion, require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
5. Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pkr234 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee from dormant account balances after providing notice by email to the registered address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. pkr234 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
2. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly supported for a specific payment method.
3. Deposits are generally credited to your pkr234 Wallet in real time or within a short processing window. pkr234 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit to your Account, and only following successful completion of KYC verification. pkr234 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5. pkr234 does not accept payments from third parties. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
6. pkr234 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or if a transaction is under investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. All bets placed on pkr234 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a general term and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule prevails.
2. pkr234 reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, pricing errors, or odds compilation errors. Voided wagers are returned to your Wallet at the original stake amount.
3. Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the user except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available and activated for that specific market.
4. pkr234 uses independently certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games where outcomes are determined algorithmically. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical instruments (cards, roulette wheels) observed by live camera under controlled studio conditions.
5. pkr234 reserves the right to set and amend minimum and maximum bet limits for any market or game at any time without prior notice.
6. Winnings from Wagers placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus promotion terms. Real-money stakes settle as real-money winnings unless a bonus wagering requirement applies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. pkr234 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.
2. Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
3. pkr234 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Only one bonus may be active on a user's Account at any given time, unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being forfeited.
5. pkr234 employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse. Users found to be exploiting promotions through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other forms of abuse will have their accounts suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkr234 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the Platform through another user's account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in connection with events offered for betting on pkr234.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of crime or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions in Platform software or odds.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including for the purpose of allowing a minor to access the Platform.
• Using the pkr234 Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the pkr234 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the property of pkr234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr234.
3. The pkr234 name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The pkr234 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr234 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
2. pkr234 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connection interruptions, or third-party payment delays.
3. pkr234's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

pkr234's collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr234 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or for KYC verification purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

1. pkr234 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible from within your Account settings.

12. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
